Thermal oil
[1] The present invention relates to a heat medium oil used in an indirect heating device (various heating equipment) that is injected into an airtight container and heated by an electric heater, and more particularly, rapid heat by evaporating at a low temperature without risk of explosion. It is to provide a low cost thermal medium oil so that the transition can be made.
[2] In general, as a heat transfer medium of an indirect heating device, a gas is used as opposed to evaporation of a liquid (heat medium oil) into a gas by using a heat medium oil that is easy to control uniform temperature and control temperature and has a low risk of fire due to local heating. The latent heat is absorbed and released when the condensate into the liquid.
[3] In the case of the above-mentioned heat medium oil, thermal stability and oxidation stability are good, low vapor pressure, high flash point, proper viscosity and low temperature fluidity are used. Existing heat medium oil is expensive and difficult to apply to large facilities. It was a situation.
[4] In addition, acetone, thinner, alcohol, etc., which have a relatively low flash point in the price range may be used as a material that can be used as a thermal medium oil, but in this case, there is a risk of fire due to an explosion, so there is a problem that special attention should be paid to temperature control. There is a significant problem in handling, and when using pure water, there is a problem that the thermal efficiency is lowered because it is vaporized at 100 ℃.
[5] Accordingly, the present inventors have devised to develop various problems of the heat medium oil used in the indirect heating apparatus.
[6] In other words, in the present invention, a simple method of diluting an alcohol and a small amount of sodium chloride in distilled water can be evaporated quickly even at low temperature, so that heat exchange can be performed, but there is no risk of explosion in acetone, thinner, or alcohol having a low flash point. The present invention has been made in view of the technical problem of the present invention in providing a medium oil.
[7] The present invention relates to a thermal medium oil that can be used in an indirect heating device (various heating device) that is injected into an airtight container and heated by an electric heater, etc., and can be supplied at a low price while providing thermal safety. Hereinafter, the configuration of the present invention will be described.
[8] In the present invention, distilled water, alcohol, and a small amount of sodium chloride are mixed and diluted in an appropriate amount to enable rapid vaporization even at low temperatures. The thermal medium oil provided in the present invention is prepared by an extremely simple method.
[9] That is, the thermal medium oil provided in the present invention is mixed by adding 75 to 77% of distilled water, 23 to 24% of alcohol and 0.5 to 1% of sodium chloride in a weight ratio.
[10] After the mixing process as above, a small amount (about 10ℓ) should be stored in a sealed container. When it is exposed to air for a long time, the alcohol component diluted in distilled water vaporizes and degrades the performance of the fruit oil.
[11] The heat medium oil of the present invention prepared as described above is indirectly heated by injecting about 30 to 80% of the volume of the container into a container vacuum-sealed and plated with a component having excellent corrosion resistance, and indirectly heated by a heating means. As can be used as a thermal medium oil of the device,
[12] According to the thermal medium oil provided by the present invention, when the temperature of the thermal medium oil exceeds 30 ° C. when the heating medium oil is heated by the operation of the heating device, the alcohol diluted in the distilled water is vaporized and the distilled water is gradually vaporized. The distilled water is evaporated in the sealed container and liquefied again, and the heat exchange is performed with the sealed container. In the case of sodium chloride diluted with distilled water and alcohol, the boiling point of the distilled water is lowered. It serves to make the circulation cycle of over liquefaction faster, and prevents distilled water from freezing in cold weather with alcohol.
[13] As described above, the thermal medium oil of the present invention can be supplied at a lower price than the conventional thermal medium oil, but can be rapidly evaporated at a low temperature to provide heat of evaporation more quickly and there is no risk of explosion.
[14] Since the heat medium oil of the present invention constituted and operated as described above is composed of an extremely simple manufacturing process of mixing distilled water with an alcohol and a small amount of sodium chloride, a conventional heat medium oil or a low flash point such as acetone, thinner, or alcohol It is a very useful invention that guarantees the benefits of providing a number of effects, such as price, explosion risk, etc., which are problems of thermal medium oil.
